A Very Particular Set of Skills
Here are what I’ve been told are my strengths.
Working collaboratively across departments. I believe that the best creative comes from involving account and strategy (and even the client) early and often.
Building strong client relationships. My secret is connecting with individual clients on a personal level, and discovering what makes them tick.
Garnering visibility for the agency through thought leadership. I’m an Adweek contributor, I’ve done keynote speeches, and I’ve done collaborations with the 3% Movement and other industry organizations.
Mentoring junior talent. I’ve got a way of setting people at ease so I can truly help them grow.
Creating “non-traditional” work, including experiential, social campaigns, and digital activations, either as part of a 360 campaign or as one-offs.
